Megan Thomas is an experienced Physiotherapist and Exercise Physiologist with over two decades of practice, having made significant contributions in private practice in New South Wales and Queensland. Her career path is distinguished by an ongoing commitment to assist her patients in injury management and supporting them to achieve optimal physical fitness.

Megan has developed deep knowledge in a range of clinical areas. She enjoys knee rehabilitation, finding that her knowledge enables patients to efficiently restore strength and mobility.

She has an impressive background in sports injuries, having worked directly with elite athletes from a range of sports, including the Touch Football community, where she has toured with the medical team including Steve Cunningham for World Cups.

Megan is very interested in and has significant experience in women’s health, especially pre- and post-natal care, and offers customised physiotherapy treatments to help women through these vital stages. Megan has also worked extensively paediatrics. and has provided support for both NDIS and private patients.

Megan, a mother of two, knows how to strike the balance between work and personal life. She enjoys exercising and keeping active, you will often see her out walking her golden retrievers. Megan Thomas is a valued member of our team and she delivers outstanding great outcomes for her patients.

Megan is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA). She has undertaken considerable post qualification education, holding certificates including Level 2 Sports Physiotherapy and Dry Needling. She is available at our Caringbah clinic.
