Kate is a passionate member of the Penrith team. Kate graduated from the University of Canberra with a Masters of Physiotherapy.
Kate’s passion for helping people life healthier lives has stemmed from her love of sport and the outdoors. Kate enjoys helping people implement positive behaviour change to improve their lifestyle and optimise performance. Kate strives to provide high quality, and individualised care to every client from all walks of life. Kate enjoys treating a wide variety of conditions but has a special interest in rock climbing and kayaking injuries.
Outside of work Kate is a Canoe Slalom athlete and can often be found training at the Penrith Whitewater Stadium. Kate also enjoys spending time in the outdoors rock climbing, trail running and whitewater kayaking.
